Rental Terms

Submitting the website form creates a REQUEST for a reservation. It is not an automatic confirmation.

A reservation is confirmed only after BN Rent reviews the request and confirms it directly.

The minimum driver age is 21.

The driver must have held a driving licence for at least 2 years.

No documents are uploaded through the website; they are checked at vehicle handover.

The minimum rental interval is 48 hours.

Each full 24-hour period corresponds to one rental day.

For a period that includes a started, incomplete 24-hour period, the final calculation is confirmed by BN Rent before the rental is concluded.

The daily prices shown on the website are the real prices stored in the BN Rent database.

Items marked “On request” have no predefined amount and are agreed before the rental is concluded.

Payment is made in cash at pickup.

Online payment is currently not provided.

A deposit may be required depending on the vehicle, the customer and the agreement.

The deposit amount is “On request” and is never part of the rental amount.

Mileage is unlimited.

The vehicle is returned with the agreed fuel level (full-to-full).

If the agreed fuel level is not respected, an additional cost may apply and is agreed with BN Rent.

Insurance is not included in the rental price.

Smoking in the vehicle is not allowed.

Pets are not allowed.

Cross-border travel is possible only with prior BN Rent approval.

Additional documentation and an authorization/power of attorney may be required, and additional fees may apply by agreement.

Pickup at Tuzla Airport is available by arrangement, with handover at the airport parking.

A flight number is required for airport pickup; the flight may be tracked to coordinate the handover.

Airport and waiting fees are “On request”.

Delivery to an address is available within Tuzla Canton.

The delivery fee is “On request”.

The child seat is free of charge.

Additional driver, Wi-Fi device, GPS and snow chains are “On request”.

Traffic fines incurred during the rental period are the driver's responsibility.

Any administrative charge is not predefined and is agreed separately.

In case of an accident or relevant damage, contact BN Rent and, where required, the police.

According to the current rental rules a police report is required.

The driving licence and rental documentation must be preserved.

If you wish to change or cancel a booking request, contact BN Rent as soon as possible.

Any applicable change or cancellation conditions or charges are communicated and agreed before the rental is concluded.
